Investment company Accolade has obtained a building permit to build its first industrial building of around 50,000 sqm in the north of the Croatian capital of Zagreb, real-estate web portal Property Forum reported.
This is a country with great potential, which this year became part of the eurozone and the Schengen area. In addition, Croatia has a broad base of experienced and technically educated skilled labour, and its dense motorway network and several major ports are a great advantage. This investment is therefore in line with our strategic objective to expand into regions that offer strong demand and where we see a potential for further growth, Property Forum quoted Accolade’s CEO Milan Kratina.
Accolade is an investment company that provides infrastructure for European businesses, most commonly for global brands from the e-commerce, manufacturing, and logistics sectors.
It owns modern industrial parks in the Czech Republic, Poland, Germany, Netherlands, Slovakia and Spain.
