Responsibilities

This role is accountable for:

• Leading 3PM operations in South cluster of CE (Greece, Serbia)
• Leading new 3PM operations implementation projects
• Leading contract negotiations of various type with existing and new 3PMs
• Providing leadership to Analyst in a non-formal “buddy / matrix” system for all day-to-day works and innovation implementatons performed by the Analyst
• Ensuring Quality, Cost (Inc. Productivity) and Service performance of existing 3^rd party manufacturer

Working within the framework of Faster, Stronger, Better and Winning with Purpose this role is accountable for:

• Manages day to day decision making and operational aspects of designated supply base, managing issues with peers as required, escalates to 3rd Party Manufacturing Lead and other Leaders when deemed appropriate
• Leads commercial negotiations with suppliers
• Manages 3PM implementations
• Drives performance improvement across Cost & Productivity, Service, Quality
• On a periodic basis reviews with 3PM Lead:Status on key projects and key milestone reviews       Performance and forecast vs. AOP & KPIs
• Utilises strong understanding of 3rd Party manufacturing to flawlessly deliver the category commercial calendar and category Supply Chain requirements (Technical & Operational) and to activate approved innovation and sourcing strategies within existing suppliers
• Developes strong cross functional and inter-business relationships, using and improving existing tools and governance structures to ensure KPI’s are met

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE:

• Must have experienced background in Purchasing/Operations/Logistics or Supply Chain
• Proven results in driving core performance
• Proven project management skills
• Basic operating knowledge in manufacturing
• Intermediate business acumen ~ must be commercially savvy and financially astute
• Commercial negotiation skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

• University graduate (related business/engineering degree)
• +3 years functional experience
• Fluent in English, written and oral
