Spasimir Arsov is looking for a new team member.

Your daily routine would include: 
•    Integration, documentation and testing of MCM software packages and applications;
•    3rd Level Support (Incidents/Problems) for Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook/Profile management), Windows (Browser, Profiles, Network, Policys), AppSense, Netlogon;
•    Integration, documentation and testing of client hardware and peripherals;
•    Implementation, migration, operation, and support of Mobile Device/App Management as well as Cloud solutions for iOS, Android and Windows;
•    Compliance management with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem and Change Management).

We’ll know you can make it if you have:
•    Minimum 3 years of technical professional experience in Microsoft client products, especially for Windows and Microsoft 365 (formerly Office);
•    Technical knowledge regarding Windows and network infrastructure;
•    Knowledge of common script languages (VbScript, Powershell);
•    General ICT knowledge in Service Management (ITIL), Microsoft environment, as well as Microsoft Server Operating System and network knowledge;
•    Structured and self-organized way of working;
•    German language will be considered as strong advantage.
