•    Hardworking and proactive leader with experience from Sourcing and working with shared services who can develop an efficient organization.
•    Experience in building a strong team to deliver high quality services to the rest of the global Sourcing organization.
•    Transformation and change management mindset.
•    Business understanding and ability to build and develop strong stakeholder relations.
•    Excellent communication and influencing skills.
•    To become the successful applicant, you have to be passionate about leadership and very result-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
•    Knowledge and understanding of sourcing and a commercial background, preferably also with experience in negotiations.
•    Master of Science and/or Master of Business Administration qualification or similar (or equivalent experience).
•    Several years' experience of leading leaders.
•    Experience of working with a shared services concept
•    Ability to liaise and interact with higher management, exploring solutions and anchoring the same with BA/MA management and other stakeholders.
•    Proactive attitude with a consultative approach.
•    Experience with change management and international collaboration.
•    Strong analytical ability
•    Excellent English language skills.
•    And a few personal traits: People oriented with passion for leadership, result oriented, business minded, great teammate, innovative, persistent, compassionate, and flexible.
