Thomas Resch is looking for a new team member: 

Within the A1 Group Finance Competence Delivery Center, we are looking for an Intercompany Contracting & Accounting Specialist to join our team and be part of history.

Your role:

  • Be part of a newly created team and actively support the implementation of the new Intercompany contracting and charging setup for our A1 Group Competence Delivery centers;
  • Support the Heads of the Delivery centers in the tracking of their costs and calculation of the service fees and ensure adherence to internal Group policies, Internal controls, KPIs etc.;
  • You will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of the respective Intercompany service agreements based on the input given by the respective delivery centers;
  • Ensure timely billing, invoice processing and payment of the respective service fees throughout A1 Group;
  • Collecting, analyzing and summarizing information for audit purposes.

If you are good at:

  • Detail-oriented work in MS Word and Excel;
  • Good organizational and time-management skills;
  • Good customer service skills, communication skills with attention to detail;
  • Collecting and summarizing accounting and business information for the purposes of the management and internal needs, ensuring reliable and timely communication with all stakeholders.

And you have:

  • 1+ years of knowledge and experience in Contract Management or Accounting;
  • Accounting education is a plus;
  • Experience working in a global organization and having participated in knowledge transfer;
  • Problem solving skills, presentation skills and adherence to deadlines;
  • Experience with accounting software, esp.  SAP;
  • Fluent level of English – written and spoken; German or Serbo-Croatian is an advantage;
  • Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel and Word).
