Your daily routine would include:

• Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions in Salesforce;
• Perform regular data audits to maintain data quality and system integrity;
• Design, create, and maintain reports and dashboards to provide business insights;
• Automate business processes using Salesforce Flow, validation rules, and workflow rules;
• Implement system enhancements and new features as needed;
• Serve as the primary system administrator for Salesforce, addressing technical and operational issues;
• Collaborate with different departments to identify and implement CRM needs;
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce security standards and data governance policies.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• Proven experience as a Application Administrator (2+ years preferred);
• Expertise in data management, including imports, exports, data cleansing, and SQL;
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Experience in system troubleshooting and the ability to work with stakeholders to resolve issues;
• Strong communication skills to train and support end-users on new processes and system functionality.

Nice to have:

• Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus;
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g., third-party tools, APIs);
• Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products;
• Knowledge of business processes within a CRM context.
