Jr. Talent Insights Partner

This role plays an instrumental role in the transforming of BAT organization by driving talent analytics and trends supporting to the attraction and hiring the right talent.

Your key responsibilities will include

What are we looking for?

• Strong research and candidate generation & qualification skills across a wide breadth of role types and locations
• 1 year of experience in a similar role, using market intelligence to build talent analytics and actionable insights.
• Demonstrated experience and capabilities utilizing analytical sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and/or LinkedIn Insights to drive sourcing strategies and influence stakeholders
• Strong detail orientation with proven accuracy & ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• Excellent English skills (C level of proficiency)
