Key Account Business Developer

YOU WILL HAVE THE IMPACT IN THE AREAS OF:

• Managing three key clients in derma-cosmetics business in Bulgaria: implementing Adria-Balkan region strategy through clients in local Bulgarian market, analyzing the market share results, client results and competitor activities, evaluating opportunities and recognizing space for improvements, preparing promo off plan according to media plan and business focuses
• Internal cooperation with other departments, trade marketing, business development, medical team, field team, and other markets
• Understanding mission of each brand (CeraVe, La Roche-Posay, Vichy) and taking responsibility for execution accordingly
• Covering all operational tasks needed for KPI achievement

THE IDEAL PROFILE:

• Has 2 or more years of previous work experience on a similar position
• Preferably holds a Bachelor’s or a Master’s Degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey clear messages in communication with various internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Skilled in data analytics and shows passion for problem solving 
• Fluent in Bulgarian and English language
• Active and advanced use of MS Office
