Asen Yordanov is looking for a new team member.

Your daily routine would include:

  • Tickets handling
  • Responsible and accountable for driving the root cause and ensuring all issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner
  • Troubleshooting and problem resolution across various application domains and platforms
  • Testing and reproducing reported issues
  • Log tracing and requests retrying
  • Creating guidence and documentation about resolved tickets/cases
  • Application and performance monitoring
  • Configuration management
  • Providing recommendations for architecture and process improvements
  • Reports to management on backlog status, application and server issues
  • Work in close collaboration with QA team and DEV team

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

  • Work with ticketing systems (JIRA, ServiceNow)
  • System monitoring experience
  • Problem solving instinct
  • Analytical thinking
  • SQL basic knowledge (Oracle DB, MSSQL, Postgres)
  • Experience with API testing tools – SOAP UI, Postman
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket
  • Networking and security knowledge
  • Fluent English
