 How does it work?

• You will begin your journey at L’Oréal by rotating in different positions, and even different divisions, for a total of 18 months, in Marketing, E-commerce & Digital.
• You will have a customized induction program for you and during the program, you will have mentoring sessions with our executives and a buddy that will take care of you.
• After you have graduated from L’Oréal Management Trainee Program, you will have the chance to be transitioned into a permanent position, where you will continue to grow and find your purpose within L’Oréal Romania.

What should you have?

• University/master’s degree or in your final year of studies.
• Maximum 2 years of professional experience, except NGOs, internships and/or other student jobs.
• Passion for developing a career in a FMCG company (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods).
• Good team-spirit and an innovative mindset!
• Fluency in English.
