Physical Distribution and Customs Specialist

YOU WILL HAVE THE IMPACT IN THE AREAS OF:

• Daily supervision of logistics partner activities (3PL): receptions, stock movements, QA of delivered goods
• Coordination of labeling/co-packing activities and daily contact with printing agency and 3PL
• Completing administrative activities (purchase order creation, posting costs, creation of new label codes in SAP etc.)
• Cost control (checking specifications & invoices)
• Preparation of other different logistics reports and analytics 
• KPI follow-up 
• Contribution and support in different local and global projects
• Communication and developing high-quality relationships with all stakeholders (sales, marketing, 3PL, other internal and external partners)
• Spending part of the day/week on site in 3PL and the rest in HQ office

THE IDEAL PROFILE:

• Has at least 2-5 years of previous work experience in logistics
• Preferably holds a Bachelor’s or a Master’s Degree 
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Has well-developed problem-solving abilities, result-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey clear messages in communication with various internal and external stakeholders
• Trustworthy and highly ethical
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Spreadsheets, Data visualization, Power BI, Analytics, Email communication)
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Customs exam or experience in customs procedure is an advantage
• Fluent in Croatian and English language
