Procurement Platforms Senior Consultant

Qualifications

• Good understanding of GBS/SSC/BPO environment;
• Experience in process modelling using Visio or Business Optix or similar application;
• Knowledge of BPMN notation will be an advantage;
• Continuous improvement mindset;
• Very good communication and presentation skills;
• English at CEFR Grade C1 (Advanced) or equivalent;
• Experience in client facing activities (i.e. workshops, presentations, training);
• Experience in project type of work, with frequent client interactions;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills;
• Knowledge and experience in at least one of the eProcurement systems (Ariba, Ivalua, Coupa, etc.) and the ERPs (SAP, Oracle);
• Good understanding of non-ERP process supporting tools – its functionalities and offered benefits (e.g. Service Now, Jira, Fairmarkit, Beeline, SAP Fieldglass, etc).

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in the process and technology transformation projects within Source to Pay, guiding more junior staff in successful development and delivery of the project deliverables;
• Participate in the projects that may be related to target operating model design, process design, process and technology maturity assessment, benchmarking, GBS / SSC set up, automation potential assessment, eProcurement or ERP solutions selection and implementation, RPA implementation, training delivery, change management and similar;
• Apply in practice different process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma / DGEM Benchmarking) within the area of expertise for the continuous improvement and transformation purposes;
• Build knowledge and understanding of our market leading assets and methods (e.g. Digital Global Enterprise Model (DGEM), 5 senses of Intelligent Automation, ESOAR transformation method, RPA Technologies, etc.).
