Production Front Line Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinates production projects and ensures the required quality standards;
• Ensure the fulfillment of the performance indicators for the achievement of the established objectives;
• Responsible for completing projects on time and within budget;
• Ensures compliance with safety and health standards, efficiency, productivity, quality and food safety;
• He coordinates the teams under his command and takes care of the training of the employees;
• Participates in the development of the annual budget for the production department and ensures the fulfillment of the established production volumes;
• Ensures and monitors light maintenance activities performed by operators on production lines;
• Contributes with solutions to optimize processes and increase efficiency, as well as to reduce losses of water, energy and raw materials;
• Hold regular meetings with representatives of the Production, Maintenance and Quality departments to improve performance and reduce costs;
• It ensures compliance with the work schedule and safe performance of the activity; Prepares reports informing superiors of production line performance and volume produced.

Qualifications

• Completed higher studies;
• Experience of at least 3 years in the coordination of production processes (ideally FMCG);
• Knowledge of PC operation (SAP, Microsoft Office);
• Experience in QCDM work mode;
• Knowledge of the English language at an intermediate level;
• Good communication and team coordination skills;
