The Managed Print Services & Solutions provides to Enterprise and Corporate customers a combination of HW, Supplies, Financing and Services. The Managed Print Services Business is expanding and is a strategic growth area to HP.

Job scope/summary:

The Project Management Officer (PMO) is responsible to drive accuracy, quality and adherence to transition management projects and processes. The main objective of this role will be to support Program/Project managers to lead the transformation providing effective review and ideas to optimize and adapt existing processes.

Job specifics/responsibilities:

  • End Customer Governance and meeting setup.
  • Program Plan, Risk log, Issue log and Schedule setup and maintenance.
  • Program tools and KPI Reporting setup and maintenance.
  • Oversees project financials including triggering of purchase orders and partner payments.
  • Create and Discuss project/deployment plan with Global/Regional Project Manager;
  • End Customer Governance and meeting setup.
  • Program Plan, Risk log and Schedule setup and maintenance.
  • Program tools and KPI Reporting setup and maintenance.
  • Oversees project financials including triggering of purchase orders and partner payments.

Education (degree) and professional experience required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3 Years of Previous PMO support experience in IT or Transition and Transformation services
  • Client facing experience (face-to-face or remote)
  • Managed Print Services knowledge and experience is considered strong advantage

Other requirements:

  • Strong English written and verbal language skills
  • Other European languages would be considered good to have.

  • Experience with budgeting, costing and financial project control

  • Ability to understand business processes and to accurately interpret reports
  • Self-motivated, self-driven attitude
  • Adapts quickly to changes
  • Good organizational skill, manages priorities
  • Ability to operate effectively within a virtual (cross-cultural) team.
  • Building relationships and working collaboratively

Technical skills

  • MS Office applications
  • Smartsheet tool

Certifications:

  • CAPM and/or Prince2 Foundation certification is considered advantage
