Sample Management Intern

Position Summary

The Sample Management Intern is a position within the IT department and with close collaboration with Commercial departments, responsible for the receiving, processing, organizing and tracking of sample items, ensuring the proper process flow and knowledge regarding their current status.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a diligent work attitude, strong organizational skills, time management and attention to detail. Role and Responsibilities

Key objectives/ Main Responsibilities:

-Managing new samples in & out

-Distributing samples based on internal requests

-Tracing of samples moving and current location

-Responsible for sample return management based on return schedule

-Performing Sample inspection on a quarterly basis

Skills and Qualifications

Requirements:

- Excellent command of English language

- University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or other relevant field

- Good knowledge of MS Office

- Diligent work attitude

- High attention to detail

- Advanced organizational and time management skills

- Relevant working experience will be considered an asset (Administrative Position, Logistics, Supply chain, etc.)
