As a Delivery Advisor at Tesla, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the delivery process and ensuring they have a smooth and exceptional experience when receiving their Tesla vehicle.

What You’ll Do

Delivery Process: You take over the customer once the order has been placed and guide them through the delivery processDetail-Oriented: You assist customers who have made their purchase without prior interaction with Tesla, ensuring that all required documents are completed accurately and on time

Customer Consultation and Support: You communicate regularly with customers to set the right expectations and keep them informed about delivery timelines, addressing customer questions and concerns regarding the delivery process and finding solutions to any issues that arise

Planning and Preparation: You coordinate daily with other members of the Tesla team, including the Delivery Experience Team and the Service Team, to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer journey

Completion and Handover: Your daily priority is conducting vehicle handovers and ensuring that all customers are satisfied with their delivery and that any issues are resolved to their satisfaction

Success-Oriented: Achieving or exceeding delivery targets and performance metrics should motivate you daily

What You’ll Bring

Language Skills: You are fluent in English and Romanian, with the ability to communicate, read, and write in both languages
