What to Expect

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting customers on their journey to owning a Tesla vehicle. You're a product expert who is passionate about Tesla's mission and can communicate the benefits of owning a Tesla to potential customers. You understand our customers' needs, inform them about our vehicles and guide them through the sales process so that they can make informed decisions.

You're motivated, want to succeed, and be guided by Tesla's mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy. You'll be part of a larger sales and delivery team that works closely and flexibly together on all tasks.

What You’ll Do

Representation: You are a product expert for Tesla vehicles and technologies and are always up to date with the latest developments and trends

Customer Service: You understand each customer's needs and preferences and offer a customized solution that meets their needs, such as information about the benefits of owning a Tesla vehicle, including charging and maintenance costs, environmental impact, and driving experience

Support: You guide clients through the sales process, including financing options, trade-in, delivery timelines, and are a trusted advisor who answers any questions and addresses any concerns or objections

Sales experience: You provide your customers with an exceptional experience that exceeds their expectations and build a long-term relationship with them

Success-oriented: You meet or exceed your sales goals and key performance indicators, which are designed to accelerate your professional development and the growth of the company

Team Spirit: Working with other members of the Tesla team to ensure a seamless customer experience rounds out your profile

What You’ll Bring

Language skills: You can communicate, read and write fluently in English and local language

Eligible: You have a valid driver's license
