Sell-out Specialist for Pharmacy Channel

YOU WILL HAVE THE IMPACT IN THE AREAS OF:

• Visiting targeted pharmacies in the Sofia region, presenting the brands from our Dermatological Beauty Division portfolio (CeraVe, La Roche-Posay, Vichy) and presenting our services to increase sales
• Promoting the brands’ added value and meeting both the scientific and the business needs of pharmacies, emphasizing the technical and scientific characteristics of the products and services
• Checking the brand presence and correcting distribution of the products within the pharmacies if needed
• Changing merchandizing schemes and following planograms
• Ensuring synergy with medical teams and other departments to increase sales
• Analyzing sales results and monitoring the competition, implementing corrective and improvement action plans when needed
• Managing administrative tasks and regular reporting
• Ensuring respect of both internal and external ethical standards regarding relationships with pharmacies

THE IDEAL PROFILE:

• Has 2 or more years of previous work experience in sales in a pharma or FMCG industry
• Preferably holds a Bachelor’s or a Master’s Degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey clear messages in communication with various internal and external stakeholders
• Highly developed negotiation skills
• Good prioritization and ability to work in dynamic environment
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Fluent in Bulgarian and English language
• Active driver (B category)
• Active and advanced use of MS Office
