SSC Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Strong English & French languages are required;
• Broad recruiting background, preferably European with min. 2+ years’ experience in candidate direct search, with affinity to sourcing and phone screening for a variety of roles.
• Research experience within a multinational company, preference to SSC/GBS/Recruitment Agency or FMCG with a Sales & Marketing bias;
• Ability to work effectively with multiple deliverables, some larger with longer timelines and others requiring immediate attention and completion;
• Passion for recruitment, strong social skills & high level of influence, necessary to communicate with candidates and a wide variety of internal customers;
• Positive attitude and maturity, ability to adapt to different situations and communication styles;
• Flexibility and willingness to support new projects;
• Reporting on long / short lists with detailed candidate data insights;
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or other;
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel is nice to have;
