Responsibilities

Achieving sales and profit objectives:

  • Provides direction to the sales force in order to realize the business plan (AOP);
  • Identifies the opportunities for business growth and development and recommends the necessary action plan to achieve that growth;
  • He is responsible for achieving the target in his area in accordance with the main KPI's (Key Performance Indicators);
  • Shares/supervises the sharing of the target for each sales agent (CR) in his team and/or for the partner distributor's team in accordance with: the potential of the area; the history of the area; news about the market and trade; seasonality.
  • Monitors the level of reaching the target;
  • Manages the results and profitability of the routes;

Achieving performance objectives :

  • Ensures successful implementation of company execution standards across each channel
  • Ensure adequate collaboration with clients
  • Implements and monitors the promotion of new products;

Team management:

  • Coordinates recruitment processes for vacant positions in his area;
  • Is responsible for training and accommodating new employees with the responsibilities of the position;
  • Maintains a high standard of motivation of the sales team through regular and efficient visits to the market, by improving the working climate, positive attitude during meetings, communication and transparency;

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Higher studies
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience
  • Category B driver's license with no history;

Skills:

  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Good PC skills: Microsoft Office
  • Communication, leadership and team coordination skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Result oriented
  • Strategic thinking
  • Time management
  • Very good analytical skills
  • Presentation skills.
