Athens International Airport Jan-Sept Net Profit Up 43% to 188.6 Million Euro

Athens International Airport posted a net profit of 188.6 million euro in the first nine months of 2023, local newspaper Kathimerini reported.

According to the company’s financial results, the turnover increased by 29.8% in the January-September period to 463.6 million euro, while the EBITDA increased by 29.3%, to 322 million euro, the newspaper said.

The airport increased its cash reserves and cash equivalents by 13.6% to 579.4 million euro.

According to the information posted on the airport’s website, passenger traffic totalled 24.42 million in the first ten months of 2023.
